• All hunts are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Dove Mountain Ranch will hold your spot for 10 days waiting the arrival of your deposit. Once we have received your deposit your hunt is set in stone.
• After we have received your deposit we will send you a prep-packet on how to be prepared for your hunt and all the specifics of the package.
• All hunters are required to sign a liability waiver before being allowed to hunt.
• We have skeet and five stand for the avid shooter. So bring your shotgun and shells if you would like to take part.  However guns can be rented.
• At Dove Mountain our number one priority is SAFTEY! With that being said Dove Mountain Ranch does not provide any alcoholic beverages. Everybody safety and well being is our #1 priority. Consuming alcoholic beverages is not allowed while hunting, and Dove Mountain Ranch reserves the right not to allow the client to hunt if the client is not of safe mind and well being.
• We enforce a wounded game policy, which means if you draw blood, that animal will be treated as a kill. So please practice shooting your gun. (Our guides here are superior trackers and we will do our best to find the animal).
• We do not provide transportation to the ranch in the package. However we can provide pickup in special situations. Call for more information.
• We do not provide guns, bullets (can if given proper notice) alcoholic beverages, taxidermy work, gratuities, personal effects or hunting licenses…
• In package hunts all meals and lodging is included in the daily fee.
• Should Dove Mountain Ranch have to ship cape and antlers to clients required destination, the client will be charged for shipping charges and a Dove Mountain Ranch service charge for the crating and handling.

Gratuities’ amongst guides and cooks are customary and appreciated.
